Chicken sausages in the oven with mushrooms - the dish is simple, but tasty and beautiful, so it is suitable not only for the daily menu. With the right side dish and sauce, this sausage can be served on the festive table or Sunday family dinner. I like this recipe because of its simplicity - it is always nice to improve half an hour of free time while the dish is “sitting” in the oven. The assembly of products and the heating of the oven takes no more than 10 minutes. Then it remains to wait and sniff at the awesome aromas that the roast spreads throughout the kitchen.
A salad of fresh vegetables is perfect for sausages with mushrooms, it can be chopped right before serving. Add to this a loaf of fresh crisp bread and a mug of cold foamy beer - and life is good!

- 6 chicken sausages;
- 2 onions;
- 1 cup of chanterelles;
- 2 pods of chili pepper;
- 1 tbsp dried carrots;
- 2 tsp smoked paprika;
- salt, oil, pepper.

Chop onions into thick rings. A baking sheet with a high side or a baking dish is greased with frying oil. We spread the chopped onions to the bottom of the mold. The beam will serve as a kind of pillow that will not allow sausages to burn. Do not spare the onion, the more the tastier!
We put sausages in a row on the onion. You do not need to cut them, it can be done when they are ready.
Soak fresh chanterelles for several minutes in cold water to soak the debris. Then wash the mushrooms in a colander. Small chanterelles are left intact, large cut into 2-4 parts. Add the mushrooms to the forms to the rest of the ingredients.
We cut one chili pod into rings, and cut the second in half lengthwise. If spicy food does not suit you, then this step of the recipe must be skipped.
Sprinkle chicken sausages with mushrooms, dried carrots and smoked paprika, salt to taste. Dried vegetables (peppers, carrots, parsnips) go well with baked meat and poultry - pieces of dried vegetables absorb the eye-catching juice and swell.
We tightly cover the form with several layers of foil. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius.
We put the form with chicken sausages in a red-hot oven, cook for 35 minutes. You can remove the foil 10 minutes before being ready and brown the dish under the grill.
When baking under the foil, a lot of juice and fat is always released. A good cook will never miss the opportunity to make a chic sauce based on these ingredients.
For the sauce you need to fry a tablespoon of wheat flour in a pan until golden brown. Then pour the gravy from the pan and add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream or cream. Bring to a boil, cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve the chicken sausages with mushrooms on the table hot. On the side you can make a salad of fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes.
