Stuffed peppers with minced meat in the oven - the most delicious recipe of all! The aroma of this dish is impossible to resist. In the oven, you can cook quite a large amount of vegetables at the same time, if the size of the baking sheet or baking dish allows. Then, for several days, eat delicious stuffed peppers - such food will never get bored.
There is no way to count the recipes for stuffed peppers - vegetarian, stewed, with rice, with bulgur, in a word, each housewife has her own crown chip. In this recipe I propose to cook baked peppers with meat and vegetables, without rice.

- 650 g of sweet bell pepper;
- 600 g of minced meat;
- 120 g carrots;
- 150 g of onion;
- 80 g of tomato puree;
- 6 g seasoning for minced meat;
- 7 g of ground sweet paprika;
- vegetable oil, black pepper, table salt.
A method of preparing stuffed peppers with minced meat without rice
We cut a rather finely large head of onion, throw into heated vegetable oil. So that the oil does not burn, and the finished food does not acquire an unpleasant odor, we use refined oil, odorless (for frying).
Stir onion for several minutes, mix.
We send the grated carrot to the onion. Stew all together for 7-8 minutes.
For the stuffing of stuffed peppers, we take chilled minced meat, which usually consists of half pork, half of beef, and minced chicken fillet is also suitable.
We season the meat with spices - ground sweet paprika and dried meat seasoning (a mixture of spices) or dried herbs, for example, parsley, dill, celery.
Lettuce carrots and onions cool slightly, separate half the vegetables. Add to the minced meat, mix. At this point, pepper and salt the filling.
We cut colorful pods of sweet pepper along. We leave the stems, remove the seeds, then rinse the pepper with running water. You can stuff peppers in a different way - cut heads with tails and fill the “cups” with minced meat, but this method is not always suitable. If the pepper has a sharp end, then it will be difficult to install it on a baking sheet.
We fill the halves of the pods with minced meat, fill tightly, make a small pea.
To the remaining sautéed vegetables we add tomato puree, salt, pepper, heat over medium heat to a boil. Instead of ready-made tomato puree, you can chop several fresh tomatoes in a blender.
Spread stewed vegetables in a fireproof form. We put stuffed peppers on the vegetables - we stack the pods tightly to each other.
Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. We place the form with vegetables at an average level. Cooking stuffed peppers for about 45 minutes, the exact time depends on the individual characteristics of your stove.
Immediately serve the stuffed peppers with minced meat without rice on the table, pour sour cream and decorate with fresh herbs.
